Courses Child Form

Modules>Certification > Certificant > Find, Query, or Add Certificant > Individual Certificants Profile > Participation Tab > Courses Child Form

When an Individual is part of a Certification Program or CEU credit program, the courses that are part of that program are displayed on the courses child form as part of that program.

Note: Click the add button to add a course, a score and a grade. See the Adding a Course help topic for steps on adding a course.

Child Form Icons

You might see some of the following icons on the courses child form:

Use This Icon	To Perform This Action
	expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
	goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
	add icon to add a new record to the child form.
	edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
	delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
	grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
	new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
	more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
	linked headings to sort the records.

Courses Child Form

Each course that is part of the certification program displays on the certification programs courses child form. Courses that the Individual is enrolled in that are not part of a Certification Program also appear here.
